Life happens and sometimes it is unavoidable to miss an appointment. We are always happy to reschedule an appointment if you can give us enough time. If you can’t make it to an appointment it is essential to let us know as soon as possible – preferably a minimum of 24 hrs notice. We are often very full and there are others who we can offer an appointment to – but only if we can give them enough time to organise it – otherwise it is a lost opportunity for everyone. Cancelling on the day or hours/minutes before an appointment does not allow anyone the opportunity to make other arrangements. Sometimes emergencies do happen and that is understandable.
Communication is key: We often send txt reminders the night before an appointment – this is not to be taken as asking for a confirmation of your appointment. If you know you are unable to attend an appointment contact us sooner than later and we can reschedule/cancel the appointment – please don’t leave it to the last minute or just not turn up. If you do not let us know, cancel on the day, or do not turn up we may charge a Late Cancellation/Non Attendance fee depending on the circumstances. The cost for a late cancellation/Non Attendance is on the cost schedule above.
